Not able to create a version, retry button appears

Hello,

I'm trying to create a version put after I click on Add, a line for the version is created but its not actually created. A retry message appears in the Action field. What do I need to do to create this?

Logout and login again and retry

Yes, we have. The problem happens to other people with other browsers.
