Not able to login to JIRA since the SAML plugin is expired a trial version is used. How to fix the login issue. Not even able to login as administrator.
Please help on this.
You should be able to fall back on the internal directory - it's good practice to leave an admin in there, even if it totally disabled.
You can use https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html to get back into it.
Try changing your password, but if that doesn't work and no-one can login, you'll need to open a critical support ticket at support.atlassian.com.
