New JIRA view - how do can you see (or add) individuals watching a particular item(other than yours?

In the upper right corner, there is an 'eye' to watch or un-watch a JIRA task.

That seems to be limited to the individual.

In the PRIOR version of JIRA, you could select the 'Watchers' and see ALL individuals who are watching an item.     

How can we see ALL individuals watching a task?

Also, how can we ADD watchers to a particular task?

Hi Brenda,

Currently, the option to add and manage watchers are not available on the new issue view.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this functionality:
