New JIRA format

I need to discuss the new JIRA format before the old format is removed.  

Scrolling down two-three pages to find stuff jammed into the right margin is not that good of a UX.

You'll need to raise that with Atlassian, although I doubt you are going to get very far, as they've decided the new look is the way forward.  Raise a suggestion via https://support.atlassian.com/contact

About half of our devs have done that, but heard nothing back form Atlassian.  Trying to get to a real person.

They do get a lot of feedback, they can't respond immediately.  On this one though, I would expect a stock answer of "that's the way we've decided to go".  Although on Cloud, you will be seeing more change as they move to Otto's "Bento Box" designs, which may help a bit.
