My Jira isnt fully starting

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Installation Troubleshooting Guide

>> sudo service jira start

To run JIRA in the foreground, start the server with start-jira.sh -fg

Make sure there is no running JIRA process first. There's clearly another process running already.
