My JIRA server (v6.3.14) does not have internet access, how can I install the Balsamiq add-in manually?

Go to the marketplace on your client machine at http://marketplace.atlassian.com/ find the add on, look at the versions list to identify a compatible version, download that, then connect to your server and go to Admin -> manage add-ons, look for the "install add-on" link and feed it the file you downloaded.
