Moving issues with comments from one instance(cloud) to another(cloud).

Hi

I moving issues from one project on instance A(cloud) to another B(cloud). The projects are almost similar in these 2 instances. I exported issues from one instance and using "System/External System Import" on another instance I imported (files format - csv.)

But I found that attachments and comments are missing on new instance B. I do not have many imported tickets, so I manually moved attachments, but how to copy comments from one to another instance?

I used this plugin to export issues with comments

But now I have problem that when I use "External import" than I do not have "comments" fields in instance B JIRA for mapping with  instance A Jira.

What could be the problem?
