Move to Done button shows Update Parent Issue screen with correct radio buttons. But how is the default radio button choice set?

We use JIRA server 6.4.5 and Agile 6.7.11 versions.

We have stories and sub tasks associated with similar workflows. The scrum board is set properly and everything works fine including when all the sub tasks are moved to Done state, the Agile scrum board pops up an Update Parent Issue screen with radio buttons: 

1. Cancel (default selected)
2. Finish

The above 2 are transitions are on our Story workflow. The question is how do I get the board to default select the Finish radio button option instead of Cancel?

You may want to try adding a workflow property to set the ops-barsequence.  I have never seen an option for setting a default transition.
