Move column left and right not working in trial of Agile User Story Map, please help!

I just started a trial of Agile User Story Map and can't move Epics left or right. I've tried both Chrome and Safari with the same results.

I'm sorting by rank with User stories by Epic link.

What am I missing??

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

I'm using the default Software Simplified Workflow with Status of To Do, In Progress, Blocked, Closed, Resolved, Done and I've added Code Review.

I can't move the Epics Left or Right in the add-on Agile User Story Map. I've tried to contact support@bauer-information-technology.com but my emails keep bouncing back.

Hi @Lisa Nash

Can you look at the workflow for one of your epics and confirm what statuses you have. These need to be mapped to the columns on your Agile board and I am wondering if they do not and this is the cause of your pain.
