No scrollbar on the Issue list and the issue detail on following screen:
OS: win10
Browsers: chrome, FF, edge
First seen today morning.
This happened to us a couple of weeks ago - and the only way to get around it was to change the display resolution size and zoom on your machine.
Another way is to enlarge the issue column by clicking the two arrows button on the upper right. Then the scrollbar is here and the issue can be scrolled. But, enlarging the issue column will hide the 2nd column with the issues. This is not a solution, just a workaround.

The bug is fixed can not be reproduced anymore on FF (81.0.1 64bit), Chrome (85.0.4183.121 64bit) and Edge (85.0.564.68 64bit).

Hello - we are have the same issue on Chrome and Edge on our Jira Cloud Server - no vertical scroll bar on any of the issues list on Jira Cloud service. Any further news on when this will be fixed
