I have followed the following support article:

However upon logging into the new instance the system in unable to display the attachments. I have tried uploading attachments separably and doing a re-index; still no luck. The file size upload and time to upload match as the attachment size (zipped) is over 320mb.
Looking at the unzipped directory i see a proper file structure:
data/attachments/<project>/10000/<issuecode>/<file>
However i noticed that the "file" referenced above are just numeric in value vs the actual "filename" shown inside the issue; like "userpageA.png".
To clarify, i see the correct file name in the new JIRA instance but upon click i get the message the image asset is not found.
