Language changes automatically to English after JIRA service restart

Hello! I installed JIRA Russian Language Pack and changed default language of JIRA v7.1.6 to russian, but language changes automatically to English after JIRA service restart. How fix this problem?

"After a restart, is the system default language actually reverting back to English?" - yes, it is. After restart it's showing English as default in system settings and in profile settings. Maybe, trial version of JIRA Russian Language Pack is reason.

Hey Kholkin!

After a restart, is the system default language actually reverting back to English?  (Cog Icon -> System -> Internationalization -> Default Language).  If it is...that's odd, and shouldn't be happening.

If it's still showing Russian as default, then check to make sure that your user profile language is set to Russian as well.  You can do that by:

(User Profile Avatar) -> Profile -> Preferences
