Keyboard shortcut @ symbol does not work, inserting 2 @'s

Hi.

The confluence cloud editor keyboard shortcut @ symbol does not work for me any more. It displays in grey but duplicates the @ symbol and the lookup for a user list does not work.

How can I fix this?

I'm using Chrome latest version on Windows 10.

Hi, Mark.

Try to do the following and see if the issue persists:

1. Have you tried with a different browser on incognito/private mode (without any third-party add-ons enabled)?
2. Does the issue persist after clearing browser cache?
3. Can you check if  Disable Autoformatting is enabled at this link: https://yourinstanceurl/wiki/users/viewmyeditorsettings.action
