Hi,

We have JIRA server hosted in our environment, and we are trying to connect to Microsoft Active Directory 2003, but we are facing few challenges. We want to verify if JIRA and Microsoft Active Directory 2003 LDAP integration is supported. Appreciate the support.

Hello So,

There is no mention of the version of the Microsoft AD support for AD in the documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AdminJIRAServer071/Supported+platforms

Ideally, it should work in my opinion. Can you let us know what is the issue you are having?
