Jira incident end time calendar defaults to 1am

Replication steps;

  1. For an incident ticket, open the close/resolve dialogue
  2. go to end time (which is currently blank)
  3. click the calendar button and the end time defaults to 01:00, in Jira 5 this defaulted to now() (aka current time)

How can this be changed to always use the current time
