Hi,
Up until recently, we were only a very small group of IT people using Jira. But people across the company liked it and its getting a wider user base than we anticipated.
I am just wondering how can we leverage Active Directory, or Azure AD to allow authentication from existing accounts.. We have well over 1000 employees and it'd be silly not to leverage what we already have..
How do you manage large user base?
Hi Romer,
I believe JIRA Cloud only supports internal auth or integration with Google Accounts at the moment.
LDAP authentication to Cloud is not possible, but there is a feature request for it:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-79
SAML authentication is in private beta. See:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-80

Hopefully someone will chip in with more info, and possibly some suggestions/advice on Cloud + large user base.
But hope this info helps a bit.
Sam
