Jira - Service now integration

As a consumer of ServiceNow and JIRA, I would like to create a bug in JIRA from a problem in ServiceNow. I would also like to get updates to the problem when comments are made in the bug.

Mainly, the integration SNOW -> JIRA should be possible to be achieved by following the below guide:
