I assume you mean database (db) backup when you say BD?
The bad news is that you have lost all your attachments. But everything else should be ok. To recover it:
- Set up a new empty database
- Download and install a new installation of JIRA, of the exact version you had before (i.e. if you had 6.4.3, do not install 6.4.4 or 6.4.2, it has to be 6.4.3)
- During installation, point it at the new empty database
- Get it working, to the point where you can log in (you'll need an evaluation or dev licence, but only for the first step of making it work)
- Stop JIRA
- Drop all the tables in the new database (may not be needed, depends on the method for 7)
- Restore the data from the backup into the new database, so that it completely overwrites the newer stuff
- Start JIRA
- Re-index JIRA
You may have problems with external user directories if you've used any, but it's an essay question dealing with all the variations. There are going to be other problems with missing add-ons and so-on, but this method will give you a working baseline to restore most of everything from.
