Jira Crashes: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined

Last week we started to see a red error message using Chrome. Jira still seems to be working with Firefox.

Seems to be a missing timezone, due to daylight saving. Might be worth looking into.

It probably was because of the time zone in JIRA 6.0.4. I have upgraded to 6.4.14. The first thing it warned me about was a mismatch in time zone -instead of crashing.
