Just signed up for the demo, and we are pretty much sold on Jira, but.... the current issue is that none of the users that have been invited to join via the users page, have received email notifications - I have tried to resend - two already have Atlassian accounts and they haven't received any notifications either.
I understand that there are some config issues with JIRA installed internally - is this the same for the Cloud App or am I facing issues as it is the 30 Day Trial Version
Any help would be appreciated
