Jira 7.7 to 8.4 license upgrade query

Dwayne Pierre September 18, 2019

We are preparing to upgrade Jira 7.7 to  8.4.

However the upgrade planner advises us we need a new license

The Jira application license page advises we should renew our support,

while the application page confirms our support expires in Feb 2020

We would like to have our status confirmed so we can proceed with our upgrade

Dwayne,

If you are the product owner you can login here https://my.atlassian.com/product and see your licenses and when they expire.  It should correlate with what you see on the application page.   Or you can contact support to have them confirm: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ that your license is still active.

Deleted image since it had information that should be kept confidential.

Dwayne,

I would past the key in one more time just to make sure that it is the same one in your licensing.  If it does not update the expiration then you will need to submit a support ticket to Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/contact They will be able to help you resolve this.  I also deleted your attachment since it had information that should not be on a public forum.
