JQL: "comment ~" only searches for latest comment?

I'm confused...
I read that when you want to search for comments, and you use a JQL like project = helpdesk AND comment ~ Resolved-bericht, JIRA should return all the issues that contain "Resolved-bericht". 
But it doesn't.

It looks like the JQL only returns the issues that contain "Resolved-bericht" in the last comment. 

So who can give me the right answer? Am I missing something? Because I just can't get the other issues to appear...

Try wild-card notation: comment ~ "Resolved-bericht*" (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/performing-text-searches-185729616.html)

Add "*" in the end.
