JMWE - Post functions not working

hi, we are using the JIRA misc workflow extensions, and from today morning, none of the conditions, post functions are working.

currently, copy from field to field, transition trigger from a specific link type, copy to a specific link type, are not working at all. 

any idea what is wrong?

it looks there was an update this morning to our instance of the cloud, could that have been the issue (since we only saw this problem today!) ?

There is an open incident in Atlassian Cloud that has caused this problem. Atlassian are actively working on a fix and will deploy it to affected customers as soon as they can.

Hi!

Atlassian is reporting the issue has been resolved. Though the post-functions seem to be still not working in Atlassian Cloud. Could you please advise if it works for you?

We are using the trial version of JMWE at the moment (the trial is expiring on 19/Dec/16).

Is the add-on still active in your instance? 

I know Atlassian have been in the process of migrating to a paid version:

We are using the paid version already. Triple-checked just to be sure and it active.

Hi Shawn,

Craig's issue has been resolved. If your post functions are not working, I'd encourage you to check the "Troubleshooting and Support" page for JMWE under the "add-ons" section of your site administration, if you haven't already. Failing that, you might need to raise a support request with the add-on vendor.
