JIra Zendesk - How to Notify a comment for spesific kanban board?

Hi ,

I have 2 kanban board and also used zendesk. and now i have a problem, when i want to notify to JIRA board A, but the comment from zendesk , send it to JIRA board A and B....

 

Is there any solution for notify to spesific JIRA kanban board if in zendesk ticket have link issue JIRA with 2 project jira..

Hi Verdy

I'm not sure I 100% understand your issue. The "Zendesk for JIRA" integration notifies a JIRA issue and not a JIRA board.

Can you tell us a bit more about it?
