JIRA won't startup. Keeps failing on an error.

Hi, 
I have JIRA version 7.0.10

Till yesterday it was working fine, but now it won't startup and it's giving the following error.

Could anyone help out what this error is and how resolve/start JIRA?
I have tried restarting it but it won't work.
