JIRA ticket problem

We have JIRA ticket when we search in the serch box we get "Issue is deleted or you does not have privileges to view that". But in the query filter the it is showing in the left panel as shown in the screen. we need to remove this or need to close this issue.

  1. Perhaps a reindex could solve this issue?
  2. When you view the issue, does the application log anything in the application log? <home>/log/atlassian-jira.log

 

NO errors on the log file and re indexing, integrity checking didn't resolve the problem
