JIRA synchronization is failing

In Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v7.0.10#70120-sha1:37e3d7a)    

Administration > User management > User Directories > The synchronization against our LDAP Server is failing after 20-21 seconds.

Please assist me in troubleshooting this issue so that JIRA will pick up our testers. They need access in order to be able to use JIRA for testing.

I had issues like that in the past. It was a combination of firewall and network issues.

I suggest you look at this issue with your network administrator
