JIRA "Search Filters" returns every filter and doesn't match search criteria

Neal Ruttledge September 4, 2017

In JIRA, Navidate to "Issues" -> "Search for Issues". Then on the sidebar select "Find Filters".

1. Create a saved filter called "Issues Raised in 3.5.2.3" and save the filter.

2. Navidate to "Issues" -> "Search for Issues". Then on the sidebar select "Find Filters".

3. Search for the filter  "Issues Raised in 3.5.2.3" and / or the "owner".

4. On selecting "Search", all the filters that are available appear and I have to scroll through 300 filters.

What I would expect to see is the closes t

Neal,

Check if gets better by searching

  • Issues + Raised
  • Issues + Raised + 3

Gaston,

Unfortunatly this still doesn't return the result I am looking for.

When I preform a search using

  • Issues + Raised

I get 52 results that consist of "raised" regardless of the Upper / Lower caps

When I search  "Issues + Raised + 3", I get on filter returned "Raised in **".

I saw this issue in 6.4.14. I recently upgraded to 7.3.8 last week.
