JIRA password reset

We just noticed the JIRA password request form is missing.  Any ideas what has caused this?  Both our Dev and PROD systems.  If I click send no email comes through (on previous login screen I had my email address)

There are several options about:
  1. You wrote wrong login
  2. There are troubles with JIRA mail system (it can not send a e-mail)
  3. There are troubles with email. Maybe these letters are filtered as spam.

I would reccomend to contact with your JIRA admin to make clear first 2 points.
