This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring JIRA's SMTP mail server to send notifications
Hi,
Whenever changes are made such as assigning tasks, mentioning names etc, there are no emails going out to the users to notify them that this has taken place.
Notifications are set up as standard and Outgoing mail is Enabled.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Is this all emails? have you tried the test email from Admin -> Mail ? Send something to yourself and have a look at the email process it shows you.
