JIRA for feedback

Hi, colleagues!

I am looking for the best way to collect the feedback from customers of our products. And I know that JIRA is a very good platform for this. But I suppose that I need some kind of plugin for it.

Can you help me?

Hi!

You can take a look at Customer Case add-on for JIRA Cloud.

It provides you with feedback collector platform in your JIRA. You can create a custom feedback forum and submit requests from it to Customer Case via email. In addition, you can also open the customer portal to your customers and users, so they can quickly browse the existing ideas and vote for them.
