JIRA (cloud) keeps logging me out

Browser: Chrome / Windows 10

I logged out manually once. Ever since, JIRA logs me out every few minutes. 

Checking "stay logged in" does not help. Clearing the browser cache and cookie data does not help. I am not using incognito mode.

I am not using any other Atlassian product on the same machine.

What can I do? This is super annoying.

I'm having the exact same problems here.

I usually connect from two sites: office and home. The office machine (Windows 10, Chrome latest) stays logged in without any problems; whereas, my home machine (also Windows 10, Chrome latest) logs me out after a few minutes when the tab gets focus.

I did wonder if being logged into Chrome on both machines with the same Google account may had been causing issues from browser synching, so I tried using Firefox and Edge on my home machine, but these too have the same problem.

I tried following the guide you provided, but this didn't help at all.

Any ideas?

Hey Tobias!

First thing I'd do is check out this document and see if any of it applies to your environment.

From there, do you have another system that you can use to see if you encounter the same issue?  Different browser?
