Okay Atlassian Answers Hive mind. I have a new issue that I have no easy solution for. I have an email account that JIRA is polling for ticket creation. It is also used by a team here to communicate with people. We have found that JIRA is creating issues from emails in the sent mail folder in Google Apps. How can I stop this with out using the catch email? Using the catch email does not seem to pull in all of the new emails if the correct email is not the only email in the to: field. Is this a JIRA 6.4.8 issue or is this a Google not playing nice with others issue?
