I have a JIRA instance which is sync to a crowd server. This crowd server is sync to an Active Directory.
I have some users who are randomly unable to login ("incorrect password" message),I have to reset the password in the AD to solve the problem but it keeps happening every now and then.
The synchronization is good between JIRA and Crowd and between Crowd and AD when force it. I don’t know what is causing this issue. I find on Internet similar issue but with a JIRA instance directly connected to an AD and the solution provided does not apply to my issue.
Can you help me ?
