JIRA Upgrade from 6.3.15 to 6.4.13 fails

I just ran the script to upgrade JIRA in our test environment from 6.3.15 to 6.4.13 on Linux 64 bit.  I added back the two files that the upgrade script said were added manually and diffed the following files and edited accordingly:

atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/jira/web/action/JiraWebActionSupport.properties

atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/entitydefs/fieldtype-oracle.xml

After starting up, I see this error in the browser and the logs.  The dbconfig.xml file has the correct database configuration, which was verified using SQLDeveloper.  

I don't see the clusteredjob table in the JIRA schema of either the test JIRA instance or the production instance not yet upgraded.

Please advise.

Nevermind, I found this article and disabled the auto-export, which allowed the upgrade to fully complete.
