JIRA - Time Reports and Gadgets

Time Reports and Gadgets seems to be removed and not available on our JIRA Cloud instance.  Does anybody know if there's been a change with this gadget?

Today, we have experienced a similar issue.

To fix it, disable the addon a re-enable it.

As this is Cloud, I suspect this is referring to the events of 2 months ago, when they were removed?
