JIRA Suite Utilities how to use?

I have downloaded the JIRA Suite utilites and it appeaeras on my "Manage Add Ons" screen, I also added the google key as well but I do not see any validation configurators when I try to create and or edit custom fields in my project.

I am trying to put some validation on free form text fields but I cannot seem or find how Suite Utility works or gets initiated.

"validation configuration" is done in the workflow, not alongside fields.

Go to the workflow, edit it, look at a transition and try to add a "validator".  Plain JIRA only has 2 or 3 built in.  JSU adds more.  (It also adds conditions and post-functions)
