Hi, Firstly I am very satisfied with your software. It's an amazing task managing way to make business run smoothly. Now there is an issue, when changing status on a ticket from Open to Hold to Close it still stays in the open inbox dashboard. Please please if you can find the root of this problem and resolve this asap. Thanks in advance
I suspect you are not setting a resolution on the issue when it goes into the Closed state.
What type of project is this happening in? Next-gen or Classic?
