JIRA-Filter will not show every open issue

Hello,

in the attached picture you can see my Workflow.

Workflow1.PNG

If an issue is in the state "Bearbeitung" it will list in the JIRA-Standardsearch "all open Issues". If the state is "Erledigt" the issue don´t listed in the filter "all open issues".-> everything is fine.

If the user marked the issue to "Prüfung" from the state "Erledigt" it don´t listed in the search "all open issues". Why?

How can i fix or configure the standardsearch?

Thank´s

Adrian

Thanks for our feedback.

I have found an other alternative. i clear the field resolution automaticly

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-clear-the-resolution-field-when-the-issue-is-reopened-648381467.html

The standard search "Open Issues" is implemented as "resolution = Unresolved order by priority DESC,updated DESC". So the search uses the resolution and not the status to find open issues. When you change the status from "Erledigt" to "Prüfung" the resolution will, obviously, not been changed and your issue won't show up as open (because the resolution is resolved).

I don't know how to change the standard filter. However, you can create your own like

status in (offen, bearbeitung, rückfrage, prüfung) order by priority desc, updated desc

then mark it as favourite

How to manage many similar workflows?

I have multiple projects that use variations of the same base workflow. The variations depend on the requirements of the project or issue type. The variations mostly come in the form of new statuses ...
