JIRA Dashboard "Internal server error occurred when requesting resource . "

Hi all.

 

One of our JIRA users get internal server "internal server error occurred" on one gadgets. (see att screenshot)

i've checked server.xml as advised here , but there is no "/".

If somebody faced the same, please advise.

Hi Karen,

As it's the Favourite Filters gadget that's throwing the error I think you may be hitting the problem described at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/faulty-filter-causes-internal-server-error-or-prevents-jira-agile-from-upgrading-323982954.html One or more of your filters might have an unquoted period (.) in it?
