JIRA Cloud connecting to on-premise Crowd server

Status keeps changing between configured and not-configured.

Once configured (and set as primary application link) I cannot configure any of the users behind this link to be authorized for JIRA Cloud, Confluence Cloud or Bamboo Cloud.

(This Crowd server is on premise, a 'server' installation)

Hope you can help me with this

If you are looking to use your on-premise Crowd server as the user management for JIRA Cloud, this is not possible due to the JIRA Cloud restriction.
