JIRA Administrator Access Page

Hi,

I installed JIRA on Windows Server 2012R2.

The issue is when i try to access any administrative functions (Add-on's, System etc) it doesn't show Administrator Access Page. But i want Administrator Access Page before accessing any administrative functions.

So is there any settings by which i can do that?

When you say "administrator access page", do you mean the "websudo" popup that asks an administrator to confirm their password?
