JETI: How do I prevent the body of an email from being saved in the Description field?

I'm currently on JIRA 6.4.8 and using JETI 6.3.0.9

I'm utilizing field contexts with regex to initialize 10 custom fields when creating a new ticket via email. Since reporters are filling out an email form, all I needed was for the custom fields to initialize (which they're doing), but now the data is duplicated it in the Description field. Everything is working, but the duplication isn't pretty.

Is there a way around this?

Hi Raina,

I have investigated it and found that Field Rules cannot truncate the description due to bug.
