Can one e-mail address be used to route updates to different projects based on the ticket ID in the subject?
For example I have legacy project 'A' where ticket ID's of format A1234, and i have new project 'B' with ticket ID's of format B1234. I have one e-mail address of format email@example.com.
We would like to have new tickets sent to this mail address routed to project B and assigned a ticket ID of format B1234. If a legacy ticket which has a ID of format A1234 in the subject gets sent to this address we would like this to continue to be routed to the legacy project 'A'.
Is this possible?
