Issue with Flying Agile Issue Printer add on

Hi, when trying to use the issue printer provided by Flying Agile the following message is displayed:

An internal error occurred. Please check the host product's logs.

 Can you please advise what the issue is? We're unable to print the cards using this add-on currently.
