Is there any constraint of having N numbers of issue security scheme in JIRA.
I read it some that in one JIRA instance we shouldn't have more than 10 issue security level as this might affect JIRA performance. Is this correct
I really need to know this.

Security schemes do impose some load, because they make it more complex to work out who can see an issue. And, yes, the more complex a scheme is (i.e. more levels), the more work JIRA has to do to work out the visibility. But I've not noticed any impact from schemes with lots of levels (other than my users grumbling because the rules are too complex and they can't see stuff they should)
