When an issue is moved from one project into another that has email notifications setup, an email is sent to the defined recipients. However, unlike normal email notifications, the web link to the new issue is missing entirely from the email!
Normally, the issue link appears near the top of the email body, beneath the description of the event (i.e. "...created issue"). This example shows the issue title, which is a clickable link taking you directly to the JIRA web application as expected.

However, email notifications sent for "move issue" events lack the ticket title and any clickable link back to the ticket:

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it expected, or unintentional??
