Is trhere a Problem with the new IE patch?

After we installed the Patch "MS16-095" for the IE, our user can't open jira. JIRA don't loadf the dashboard after Login. The Explorer Shows again the start page of JIRA without any error message.

Thank you for the help. We got the problem. It is compatibility Problem with an other programm.
