From what I've seen, it does not look like it's possible to pull Resolution into the Primary or Secondary list (and it doesn't show in Hidden). It is a visible field in the project and edit screen and shows up when not using the new view.

The new issue view indeed does not display the resolution field. In fact, we have already opened a feature request to implement this functionality:
- Ability to set the resolution in the new issue full-view
