Is there any way to extract Jira permission and process customisation data

Is there any way to setup a process in Jira to run periodically, to extract Jira permission and process customisation data for a project ?   We are using RTC at the moment,  where we have setup some java program to perform those kind of data extraction from RTC,  the data is sent to other system to perform audit reconciliation purpose.

You can write services in jira, which runs periodically. Using services, you can access all jira API .

I think this addon solves your problem:

Currently it shows project configuration on a new page from the sidebar, and you can export it to PDF manually (it takes few seconds, and generates around 40-50 pages document with all the project settings). The exported pdf can be used for audit purposes!
